Council Meetings for Planning and Related Matters 

A Council Meeting for Planning and Related Matters is an Ordinary Council meeting that is held only for the consideration of planning and related matters. The Meeting Procedure Local Law 2018 dissolved the Urban Planning Committee and replaced it with the Planning and Related Matters meeting.

As of 1 September 2020, Planning and Related Meetings are run in accordance with the Governance Rules, which replaced the Meeting Procedure Local Law 2018.

Proposed minutes for the Council Meeting for Planning and Related Matters are yet to be approved and are subject to change. Information and decisions contained in these minutes should not be actioned until the minutes are formally adopted at the next meeting.
