During February and March, your household may receive a call from an independent market research agency, National Field Services.

We’ve commissioned the group to conduct the following research project on behalf of Merri-bek City Council.

The community satisfaction survey is designed to assess our performance across a range of measures. The results will let us know how we can improve and provide better services to residents. Surveys will be undertaken across Victorian councils.

The survey will involve 400 interviews conducted among a representative sample of residents.
