Merri-bek City Council recently entered into a lease with MetroTrains Melbourne (MTM) for the former Coburg Train Station.

The building has been refurbished and Council is looking for a community group, not-for-profit organisation, social enterprise or similar organisation to bring activity and life to the building and surrounding area, as well as provide positive benefits to the community.

It is approximately 95 square metres and includes 2 rooms, a kitchenette and accessible toilet. Outdoor areas surrounding the building are also included in the leased area.
