Community Satisfaction Survey

Each year, we participate in the Local Government Victoria’s Community Satisfaction Survey. This annual survey asks community members what they think of the ways Council provides services, and it provides us with valuable insights into our performance and areas for improvement.
This year, we commissioned independent market research agency Metropolis to conduct the 2025 Community Satisfaction Survey on behalf of Council. From late May to June, Metropolis Research contacted residents by door-to-door visits. The survey took about 15 minutes to complete.
