We're updating the Merri-bek Planning Scheme to help us create and improve public open spaces across Merri-bek.
Amendment C235mbek aims to introduce a revised levy rate for land developers when they do subdivisions.
The revised rate will help us collect appropriate development contributions to help fund the city's changing public open space needs.
Amendment C235mbek is now on public exhibition.
Written submissions are welcome before 13 October 2025.
