Merri-bek appoints new Director City Infrastructure

Merri-bek City Council is pleased to announce the appointment of Greg Rodwell as Director City Infrastructure.
Greg brings extensive experience across infrastructure, operations, capital works, community engagement and organisational leadership. He has been with Merri-bek for more than five years and is already well known across the organisation through a range of leadership roles, most recently as Acting Director City Infrastructure.
During his time at Council, Greg has built strong relationships across the organisation and developed a deep understanding of Council services, local communities, and the opportunities and challenges facing Merri-bek; recognised for his collaborative approach, integrity and commitment to shared problem solving.
Chief Executive Officer Kate McCaughey said Greg’s appointment reflects both his leadership capabilities and the strength of talent within the organisation.

As Director City Infrastructure, Greg will lead the delivery of key infrastructure, operations and capital works services that support the municipality’s growing and diverse community.
