This May and June, you may hear a knock on your door from Metropolis Research, the independent agency we have commissioned to ask you what you think of the ways Council provides services to you. Your answers will help us make improvements.
A Metropolis representative will ask you questions as part of our annual Community Satisfaction Survey, which takes only 10 to 15 minutes. Your participation is voluntary. Your answers are kept strictly confidential and will not be recorded with any personal information.
The Metropolis representative will carry photo identification and a letter of authorisation from Council.
