  • Industrial action by the Australian Services Union on Tuesday 5 May could affect your bin collections if you are north of Bell Street. If your bins are not collected on Tuesday, please bring them back in until your next scheduled collection. Services south of Bell Street are not affected by industrial action. Community Satisfaction Survey 2024

You may receive a knock on the door from the independent market research agency, Metropolis Research, between late May and June 2024.

Metropolis has been commissioned to conduct a Community Satisfaction Survey on behalf of Council.

The survey has been designed to identify ways to improve our service to residents and will only take 10-15 minutes. Your responses to the survey are completely confidential and won’t be recorded with any personal information.

Authorised staff will carry a photo identification and a letter of authorisation from Council.
