Council Meetings for Planning and Related Matters 

A Council Meeting for Planning and Related Matters is an Ordinary Council meeting that is held only for the consideration of planning and related matters. The Meeting Procedure Local Law 2018 dissolved the Urban Planning Committee and replaced it with the Planning and Related Matters meeting.

As of 1 September 2020, Planning and Related Meetings are run in accordance with the Governance Rules, which replaced the Meeting Procedure Local Law 2018.
