Our procurement policy, Procurement Policy 2025-29 (PDF) (PDF 226Kb) outlines how we approach all of our purchasing and activities regardless of the size and scope.

Council will apply the following fundamental best practice principles to procurement, irrespective of the value and complexity of that procurement:

  • Value for money;
  • Sustainability (economic, social and environmental);
  • Open and fair competition;
  • Accountability;
  • Risk management;
  • Ethics, probity and transparency; and
  • Market testing.

You must register before you can download tender documents or submit an electronic response for a tender.

Recently awarded contracts

Council publishes a list of all contracts awarded on eTenderbox, excluding the roads and footpath program above the public tender threshold once a contract has been signed. This information includes:
•    Contract number
•    Title
•    Description
•    Successful supplier/s name
