2025 Community Satisfaction Survey  

This May and June, you may hear a knock on your door from Metropolis Research, the independent agency we have commissioned to ask you what you think of the ways Council provides services to you. This annual survey provides valuable insights into our performance and areas for improvement. 

A Metropolis representative will ask you questions as part of our annual Community Satisfaction Survey, which takes only 10 to 15 minutes.

Your participation is voluntary. Your answers are kept strictly confidential and will not be recorded with any personal information.

The Metropolis representative will carry photo identification and a letter of authorisation from Council.

We expect the results to provide a clear picture of where we're meeting community needs and where we need to focus our efforts for improvement. We appreciate the community's feedback and will use these insights to guide our continued focus on core service delivery, community facilities and public spaces, and engagement and communication.
