Your organisation may be required by law to implement the Child Safe Standards and Reportable Conduct Scheme or you may have an interest in making your organisation child safe if you are not in scope.

The Commission for Children and Young People (The Commission) provide support and guidance to organisations to implement the Child Safe Standards and Reportable Conduct Scheme, including determining if you are in scope to meet the requirements of the legislation.
