Do you have general questions about using computers, phones or devices? Come along to this group drop-in session and let us help you. No booking required.

  • 10am every Wednesday, Coburg Library
  • 2pm every Wednesday, Glenroy Library
  • 2pm every Thursday, Brunswick Library

Victorian power saving bonus application assistance

Do you need help applying for the Victorian power saving bonus? Book-in for a 1 on 1 session with us. We can’t do the application for you, but we can help you navigate the online form and support you to apply.

To apply you will need:

  • A copy of your latest electricity bill
  • Your bank details
  • An email address

Learn how to keep yourself safer online and avoid unwanted surveillance with tips for safe habits and useful apps.
