How to hire a meeting room
- Check the venue's availability or make a tentative booking request on our eServices website.
- Fill in the Glenroy Community Hub Venue Booking Form (PDF 170Kb), this includes agreeing to the Terms and Conditions (DOC). Merri-bek staff need to complete the Staff Booking Form (PDF 195Kb).
- Email your completed booking form to RoomHireGlenroyHub@merri-bek.vic.gov.au within 7 days. If you don't email us a completed booking form within 7 days we will cancel your tentative booking request.
- Once we receive your completed booking form, allow 5 working days for us to process it.
- If your booking is successful we will send you a confirmation letter.
- Irregular and one-off bookings will be provided with an invoice which must be paid in full prior to the date of the booking. For recurring bookings hire fees will be invoiced at the end of each month.

Glenroy Community Hub is located at 50 Wheatsheaf Road, Glenroy.
Hire Fees
Community discounts are provided to groups or organisations who are providing a service to meet the needs of the community within the Merri-bek area.
Business orientated organisations, entities or individuals who provide services or sell products with the intention of making a profit, along with individual hirers who are using the venue for a private function, event, meeting or gathering will not be entitled to the Community discount of hire.

About the Meeting Rooms
There are four meeting rooms available for hire at the Glenroy Community Hub, fully equipped with state-of-the-art projectors and screens.
Rooms are available for hire for community events, celebrations and business functions, including after hours and at weekends.

Three hour parking in Glenroy Community Hub car park. Surrounding street parking on Wheatsheaf Road & Acacia Street is also available.
Bus
Three minute walk from Bus Route 513 at the stop on Bell Street (210m).
Train
Ten minute walk from Glenroy train station on the Craigieburn train line (800m).
