How to hire a small hall or meeting room

1. To find the right venue for your event, look through our venues on our Halls and meeting rooms pages.
2. Check the venue's availability or make a tentative booking request on our eServices website.
3. Fill in a venue booking form. You can find these on our Venue booking form page.

   Community groups, not for profit clubs and individuals can purchase insurance here:

4. Email your completed booking form to communityvenues@merri-bek.vic.gov.au within 14 days. If you don't email us a completed booking form within 14 days we will cancel your tentative booking request.
5. Once we receive your completed booking form, allow 5 working days for us to process it.
6. If your booking is successful we will send you a confirmation letter.
7. You must pay all the fees before your event.

Fawkner Community Sports Hall

Location

77 Jukes Road, Fawkner, in C.B. Smith Reserve.

Hire fees (excluding kitchen hire)

Venue hire must be a minimum of 3 hours

Bond fee is $338.00, or $1,350.00 for events categorised as high risk. Bond fees will be refunded within 30 days of the completion of a booking.
