Brunswick halls and meeting rooms

How to hire a small hall or meeting room

  1. To find the right venue for your event, look through our venues on our Halls and meeting rooms pages.
  2. Check the venue's availability or make a tentative booking request on our eServices website.
  3. Fill in a venue booking form. You can find these on our Venue booking form page.                                                    Community groups, not for profit clubs and individuals can purchase insurance here:

  4. Email your completed booking form to communityvenues@merri-bek.vic.gov.au within 14 days. If you don't email us a completed booking form within 14 days we will cancel your tentative booking request.
  5. Once we receive your completed booking form, allow 5 working days for us to process it.
  6. If your booking is successful we will send you a confirmation letter.
  7. You must pay all the fees before your event.

Brunswick Meeting Room

Please note: the Brunswick Meeting Room is not currently available for hire. The space will become available again to be booked towards the end of 2022. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Campbell Turnbull Library Meeting Room

Location

220 Melville Road, Brunswick West, entrance through Irvine Crescent.
