Carols by the Lake

Our carols by candlelight event is held annually in December.

Carols by the Lake 2022

We are beyond thrilled that after two long years, our much-loved Carols by the Lake live-on-stage program is returning to Coburg Lake Reserve to wrap-up the year in a community celebration like no other on Saturday 17 December, 6.30–9.00 pm!

We have the Merri-bek Community Band (formerly Moreland City Band) lined up to provide all the festive tunes as is tradition, and we have been working with Brunswick Secondary College once again to showcase some very special student collaborations!

So, dust of your singing voice and get ready to gather up your family and friends to come sing with us at Coburg Lake Sound Shell for a long-awaited festive celebration together!

Featuring live on stage 6.30 pm – 9.00 pm:

  • Hosted by: Sarah Ward (AKA Yana Alana) and Lisette Wilkinson (Brunswick Secondary College)
  • Merri-bek Community Band (formerly Moreland City Band) led by Musical Director, Jordan Murray
  • Brunswick Secondary College Choir
