How to hire a small hall or meeting room
- To find the right venue for your event, look through our venues on our Halls and meeting rooms pages.
- Check the venue's availability or make a tentative booking request on our eServices website.
- Fill in a venue booking form and email it to the appropriate address. You can find forms and contact details on our Venue booking form page. If you don't email us a completed booking form within 14 days we will cancel your tentative booking request.
- Once we receive your completed booking form, allow 5 working days for us to process it.
- If your booking is successful we will send you a confirmation letter.
- You must pay all the fees before your event.
- We do not provide public liability insurance to commercial bookings. Community groups, not for profit clubs and individuals can purchase insurance here: https://www.localcommunityinsurance.com.au/

20 Norton Street, Pascoe Vale, at the back of James Reserve. Also called Pascoe Vale Elderly Citizens Centre in the venue signage.

Bond fee is $348.00, or $1,390.00 for events categorised as high risk. Bond fees will be refunded within 30 days of the completion of a booking.
Hire times
Available for hire 7 days a week between 8am and 10pm. This is subject to availability.

Parking
There is parking for 9 vehicles at the front of the venue. The entrance to the car park is on Norton Street. There are limits to street parking and it is subject to restrictions.
