Coburg Night Market is a much-loved event in Melbourne’s north, bringing together delicious food, handcrafted treasures, and exceptional live entertainment across three vibrant nights.
Held at historic Bridges Reserve, just a short walk from the Coburg CBD, the 2025 market will showcase diverse flavours, creative makers, and a warm, family-friendly atmosphere from Thursday 11 December to Saturday 13 December.

Expressions of Interest are now open for Coburg Night Market 2025, a high-profile community event that attracts up to 9,500 visitors per day. This is a great opportunity to showcase your food, products or services in a vibrant, family-friendly setting right before the festive season.
Whether you're an experienced vendor or new to markets, Coburg Night Market offers a supportive and well-organised environment with real benefits:
- Boost your end-of-year sales with shoppers looking for unique gifts and great food
- Be part of a vibrant setting in the heart of Coburg, surrounded by parklands, a friendly local crowd and the charm of Sydney Road, just a short walk from the Upfield train line
- Reach thousands of locals and visitors across three lively market nights
- Join a welcoming event that celebrates creativity, culture and community
What are we looking for?
We're seeking passionate foodies, talented makers, and vibrant community stalls to help shape the energy and atmosphere of Coburg Night Market.
We welcome applications from emerging and established First Peoples-led businesses, independent artists, artisans, makers and food and beverage vendors.
Stallholder opportunities are open in the following categories:
- Food and Beverage Stalls
- Artisans and Craft Stalls
- Commercial and Merchandise Stalls
How to apply
Before applying, download and read the Coburg Night Market 2025 Stallholder Guidelines, which will be available on 30 July. Then submit your EOI via the online form, which will also open on 30 July.
Stallholder applications will be assessed based on the following criteria:
- Local Preference: Priority will be given to makers, products, and providers based in Merri-bek.
- Product Quality and Uniqueness: Evaluation of the quality and uniqueness of the products or food offered.
- Stall Presentation: Assessment of the stall setup, including aesthetics and adherence to physical constraints.
- Experience and Financial Stability: Consideration of the stallholder’s retail and business experience, as well as their financial situation.
- Attendance: Priority will be given to stallholders committed to attending all three days of the market.
- Support for Small-Scale Makers: Preference for small-scale makers and businesses over those with commercially manufactured products at the Coburg Night Market.
Merri-bek City Council reserves the right to select stalls based on achieving a balanced mix of goods and services for the event. All decisions are final, and no negotiation will be entered into.
Merri-bek City Council reserves the right to refuse incomplete applications.

- EOIs close: Monday 25 August (11.59pm)
- Stallholders notified of outcome: Friday 5 September
Night Market Dates:
- Thursday 11 December, 5pm – 10pm
- Friday 12 December, 5pm – 10pm
- Saturday 13 December, 12pm – 10pm
