Kingsford Smith Ulm Reserve

Park improvements

In 2016, a new play space was constructed in the car park area, and the old play equipment was replaced with a nature play area. Extensive shade trees were planted, park furniture was upgraded and fencing was replaced. See Kingsford Smith Ulm Reserve - Park upgrade for project details.

In 2017, a shared path was constructed to meet DDA accessibility requirements replacing the informal pedestrian path (goat track) linking Loongana Avenue down to the existing asphalt path next to the Moonee Ponds Creek. See Kingsford Smith Ulm Reserve - Shard path for details.

Park features

    Walking your dog

At off-leash dog parks you must still keep your dog under control. You can find out more about these rules on our Park amenities and equipment page.

In all other public places, dogs must be kept in control with a leash, cord, or chain. Dogs are prohibited from the area around playgrounds or within creeks.
