Marvellous Mythical Mates Storytime

Join Merri-bek Libraries for a special Storytime at the Counihan Gallery to coincide with 'Marvellous Mythical Mates: A Menagerie of Dream Pets', an exhibition by Vipoo Srivilasa.

Created for kids, Marvellous Mythical Mates explores the theme of belonging. Inspired by the sounds, smells and textures of Merri-bek, run wild with your imagination and create your very own mythical dream pet.

Join us as we read books about belonging, the senses and mythical pets. At the conclusion of the stories, you are invited to make your own pet out of play dough to add to the dream pet menagerie.
