Blooming in the 'Bek

 

Amped Up* and Triple R are back with the fourth edition of MERRI-BEK MELTDOWN on Saturday 22 November 1-5pm.

 

Come down to a feel-good afternoon at Triple R studios with the amazing Mika James performing her raw and melodic songs.

With support from new local band Seajay, Newcastle-based indie surf rock band Arcade, and local legend Mia June.

SET TIMES:
130-2pm - Seajay

2.15-2.45pm - Arcade

3pm-3.30pm - Mia June

3.45-4.30pm - Mika James

Tickets $5 at trybooking or at the door.

This supervised event will be strictly drug, alcohol and smoke-free. No pass outs.

The MERRI-BEK MELTDOWN event series aims to provide a safe and inclusive space for young people to enjoy music and celebrate their identity among peers.

*The Amped Up events committee is a group of young people who work together to plan and organise all-ages live music events in Merri-bek. They meet at Oxygen Youth Space every Wednesday evening. If you would like to join the committee please email Steve shuf@merri-bek.vic.gov.au.
