For parents of babies aged six to twelve weeks, this relaxed and informative session with Dr Yianni Efstathiadis is designed to help you navigate the often unpredictable early months of parenting. It’s not a formal consultation, but a supportive space to meet others and explore common concerns and questions with a caring, experienced GP.

About Your Host: Dr Yiannis brings both clinical expertise and real-life insight. Affectionately known as our resident baby whisperer, he understands that even the tiniest humans come with big personalities and even bigger questions. He brings the following expertise to you: Six years in Paediatric Emergency at the Northern Hospital First-hand experience as a dad to a “sassy, bright and amazing” toddler

The Workshop Format: A presentation delivered by Dr Yiannis covering all the most commonly asked questions and important things to watch out for A chance to ask questions in a group setting whilst learning from other's experiences You'll walk away with: Practical advice for navigating the first three months Helpful insights on what’s normal (even if it feels chaotic) Clear guidance on when to seek support. More About Dr Yiannis Efstathiadis: Dr Yiannis is an Inner North local who trained in major metropolitan hospitals and lives locally with his family. Dr Yiannis has a keen interest in Paediatrics, Women's Health, Family Medicine, Minor Procedures and offers comprehensive and empathetic care to his patients. In his spare time Dr Yiannis enjoys playing Dungeons and Dragons, drawing and spending as much time as possible with his young family!
