This 4 week series conducted by accredited Mindfulness facilitator Georgia from Merri Health, will include topics such as: • History of mindfulness

• Improving your sleep
• Mindfulness with nature and animals
• Mindful eating
• Facing difficult emotions
• Compassion and kindness
