Heal Your Trauma: A Buddhist Guide to Letting go

We all have painful experiences from the past that can influence how we respond to life today. Often, we hold onto feelings of anger, hurt, or blame, whether towards ourselves, others, or situations.

Through meditation, we can uncover the true source of these emotions and gently release them, creating space for a sense of relief and joy.

In this course, you will learn how to:

  • Let go of the past
  • Move in the direction of harmonious relationships
  • Nurture a compassionate and freeing attitude towards yourself and others

Gen Kelsang Tsalden is an Australian Buddhist nun, ordained by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche in 2006. With 20 years spent practising Kadampa Buddhism, and over 16 years experience as a teacher, her clear, light-hearted, inspiring teachings and gentle manner make Buddhist wisdom accessible to all.
