Come along and experience Capoeira Angola with Angoleiros do Mar.

Capoeira is a playful, movement style, game, dance and ritual done to live music in community. These classes will help you to develop strength, agility, flexibility, resilience, emotional regulation, self awareness, self expression and musical skills, with the direction of Professora Amizade (Veronica), who is guided by the leader of our school, Mestre Marcelo Angola.
