Every 4 years, Merri-bek residents and ratepayers elect our councillors.

Together our councillors make decisions in the interests of the whole municipality. They set our strategic direction and goals.

Our staff translate this into organisational plans. Our executive team monitors and coordinates our progress against these plans.
