Community
satisfaction

Every year we ask our community how they feel about our services. This is our Community Satisfaction Survey.

In 2022, there was no significant change in the community satisfaction score across most service areas from the previous year.

We achieved an index score of 58 out of 100. This was 6 points lower than the previous year (2021).

A higher score (closer to 100) is better than a lower one.
