If you have any symptoms, no matter how mild, you should get tested for COVID-19.

If you are distressed or need someone to talk to you can call, the following resources are available:
- Beyond Blue: call 1800 512 348 or use their online chat service on the Beyond Blue website
- Lifeline: call 13 11 14 or use their online crisis chat service on the Lifeline website
Emergency relief options
If you are directly impacted by COVID-19 (e.g. in mandatory isolation and needing food, material aid or financial assistance) you can call the Victorian COVID-19 hotline on 1800 675 398.
You can also call our Merri-bek COVID-19 support line if you need assistance with any of the following:
- support if you are in mandatory isolation
- help with booking a COVID-19 vaccine
- referrals for our in-home vaccination program
- free taxi bookings to get a vaccine, for those with low mobility and low income
