From within the intimate flow
Curated by Sebastian Kainey From within the infinite flow brings together five artists navigating the digital systems that shape contemporary life. Works by Amalia Lindo, Clara Chanisheff, Guy Louden, Katie Paine, and Oliver Hull examine the hidden infrastructures, algorithms, and mythologies that underpin how we connect, communicate, and understand ourselves.
Through video, installation, sculpture, and sensory experimentation, the artists trace relationships between the body and data, outdated hardware and current networks, and physical spaces and online environments. Once imagined as open and free, these spaces are increasingly governed by algorithms, surveillance, and systems of control that influence our behaviour, identity and even our bodies.
The exhibition asks what it means to examine systems we cannot easily step outside of, and how we might navigate them from within.
