Join us for the launch of considered-uncontrollable and Fever'Dreams.

considered-uncontrollable is an exhibition by First Nations artist, Brian Mckinnon, who presents paintings that draw on his own life in response to the bushfires of 2019 and 2020.

Fever’Dreams is a group exhibition exploring the tension between figurative and abstract painting. The exhibition features work by Ingmar Apinis, Naomi Bishop, Mitchel Brannan, Harley Ives, Luke Duncan King, Elyss McCleary, Ted Mckinlay, Valentina Palonen, Bundit Puangthong, and Paul Yore. This exhibition is curated by Mitchel Brannan.

Speeches begin at 2.30pm with a Welcome to Country by Wurundjeri Elder.

Cr Angelica Panopoulos, Mayor of Merri-bek City Council will officially launch the exhibitions.

Did we mention there will be a tipple or two from Noisy Ritual and some snacks from Zaatar?
