Gnocchi making demonstration

Learn how to make a couple of delicious gnocchi dishes with Antonio and Linda, a husband and wife team who think the best memories are around the dinner table with family and friends. During this masterclass, you will learn how to make potato gnocchi with plain tomato sauce and pumpkin gnocchi with burnt butter, sage and truffle sauce. A tasting of the dishes is included in the demonstration. Refreshments will be available at 6.45 for a 7 pm start.
